Our mission is to provide expert Public Safety Consulting services and training courses to at-risk clients.
We specialize in risk assessment and mitigation. This includes but is not limited to investigations, security detail advance and operations, site security surveys, conducting training on target-hardening and venue security operations.

Cable Johnson - Owner
Cable Johnson is the son of 3 generations of military service and registered as a Son of the American Revolution (SAR). His father retired after 32 years in the U.S. Army as a Colonel and his mother was a Registered Nurse. As an "Army Brat" he lived all over the world and had the opportunity to experience many different cultures and life-styles. He graduated from Bad Kreuznach American High School in Bad Kreuznach, Germany in 1991. He then received his Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Texas Christian University in 1995. He has 23 years of law enforcement experience and recently retired from Policing as a Patrol Lieutenant with the Arlington Police Department, in Arlington, Texas. Cable is married to his beautiful wife (Breck) and is a father of two amazing children (Carson and Xander).
Cable has numerous certifications and training accomplishments in Public Safety management. He is certified by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards & Education (TECLEOSE) as a Master Peace Officer. He has a wealth of other training and experiences which collectively serve as a foundation for much of his expertise in Public Safety planning and operations.

Cable is a graduate of several law enforcement supervisory training courses including the Institute for Law Enforcement Administration's School of Police Supervision. He also graduated from the Diplomatic Security Service (DSS) Police Officer Training School.
Cable spent 6 years as the Public Safety Liaison to Cowboys Stadium. In this role he was responsible for the development and implementation of the venue's Public Safety Plan. He served as the law enforcement liaison for the Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, and the National Football League (NFL) for the City of Arlington, Texas. He was a lead planner for a Super Bowl (XLV), the National Basketball Association (NBA) All-Star Game, 4 seasons of NFL, 4 AT&T Cotton Bowl Games, & numerous big-profile concerts (U2, Kenny Chesney, Paul McCartney, George Strait, Taylor Swift, and many others). He was an auxillary planner for public safety operations during this same timeframe at Texas Rangers Ballbark in Arlington and assisted with both of their World Series operations.
Cable has testified in multiple cases as an expert witness on Public Safety Venue Management for Cowboys Stadium and the Dallas Cowboys. He created the Public Safety Venue Management Coalition (PSVMC.org) which is a network of on-line information sharing for public safety personnel tasked with managing major event venues.
Cable has proved himself to be an expert in Public Safety planning and safety program implementation. He routinely is requested to speak on Public Safety topics at major industry conferences and training sessions.
He has developed a tremendous list of associates in the public safety world of professionals, from federal to local levels in both commissioned circles and in the private sector. Many of these industry experts now make up Cable Johnson & Associates.
